Hye Baji (hyebaji.net) is an online entertainment and betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") Hye Baji and forms a legal agreement between the platform and its users ("Members").

Hye Baji Minimum age to use the platform 18 years . Registration or use of the platform by anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

• By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Providing false information about your age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
• Users outside Bangladesh are subject to the local laws of their respective country.
• Citizens of countries where online betting is prohibited Hye Baji are not permitted to use.

Hye Baji- supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The following payment rules apply.

• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the name of the account holder.
• Transactions made using third-party payment methods may be cancelled.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within within 24 hours is processed.

• Live scores and results for Sports Betting are sourced from official international providers.
• Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on the same match will be considered manipulation.
• For bets placed as a result of a system error or network issue Hye Baji will have the final say.

Hye Baji's bonuses and promotions are offered subject to specific terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those terms.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per user.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the specified Wagering Requirement must be met. Each bonus has its own wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements for bonus funds may differ from those applied to regular bets.
• If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

Hye Baji The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform. Violations may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Strategically abusing the bonus or promotion system (bonus hunting).
• Any form of hacking or manipulation of the platform's software or gaming system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing of illicit funds.
• Fraudulent conduct or threats directed at other users.
• Registering using a false identity.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Participating in match or game fixing.

Hye Baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• If the user has activated self-exclusion themselves.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account.

Hye Baji strives to deliver its services as smoothly as possible; however, we are not liable in the following circumstances.

• If any bet or game is disrupted due to an internet connection failure.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment gateway error.
• Service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from user negligence or error.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

In the event of any dispute Hye Baji's decision shall be considered final, though users may appeal through support if they wish.

Hye Baji reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the following methods.

• A notification will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number.
• The "Last Updated" date on the Terms page will be revised accordingly.
